An unfiltered Pale Ale base beer has been used as a blank canvas to showcase fresh, green, undried Nelson Sauvin cone hops. 

How fresh you ask? Well the hops made it from our friends at Holmdale farm to the brewhouse within 2 hours of the bine being cut. So pretty damn fresh. Think green, grassy and vibrant aromas.
